Orders and Shipping

All orders are made upon receipt. They’re quality checked and then shipped. Quality checks can take up to 1-3 business days as we receive many orders. Because each piece is made on demand expect items to be shipped within 7-14 business day.

All orders will be given a tracking number automatically. Login to your account or review your emails to locate your tracking information.

Credit card information is stored and encrypted. Our website is monitored and secured through various systems that help protect customer information. Any information entered into our systems is immediately encrypted. We also have high-level SSL security layers in place.

We charge sales tax as necessary per state and federal regulations. 

We ship to most countries worldwide. You will just be responsible for shipping costs, our warehouses can ship out of your country or near your country so shipping will not be too expensive.

We try to put all items into one box, it will be a standard perforated cardboard package for most items that are bundled.

If you need to swap an item

Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept returns but will exchange your item within the first 30 days of receipt. You are responsible for quality maintenance of your item. We replace for issues that have happened due to circumstances at our factories, during print, or manufacturing only.

Contact us immediately if you received the wrong item(s) send it to the address on the package and we will sort it out for you and ship back the correct item(s). We highly appreciate your patience on matters such as this!

All damaged orders (they almost never happen) will be taken care of immediately. Please send us back your package and contact us so we can either refund or exchange.

All mailing addresses for returns are printed on your shipping label.

If your shipping address is incorrect you must notify us within 24 hours and we can fix it.

You have 24 hours to fix an order if you’ve made a mistake. Please contact us if it is after 48 hours.

You can pre-order items that are sold out. Simply contact us and we can help you.
